Rebecca Pitsika has a solid track record in the area of human resources and entrepreneurship. Her long career dates back in 1995 as a Human Resources Generalist in METRO S/M. In 1997, she joined ERICSSON HELLAS as a Payroll, Recruitment and Training Officer. From 1999 up to 2002, Rebecca Pitsika joins LAIKI BANK as Head of Training and Development and then from 2003 up to 2007, she joined MANPOWER HELLAS, as Human Resources Manager and Member of BoD.From 2007 up to date, Rebecca Pitsika holds the position of CEO of People for Business. In 2012, she was awarded by the Greek Entrepreneurial Club and Stelios Hatziioannou as the “Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece”. In January 2014, she participated in the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by the State Department, USA, in the area of “Small/Medium Business Development”. Also, she has been included in FORTUNE Magazine’s Most Powerful Women List in Greece for 2018 and 2019. Since 2016, she is in charge of the innovative process of talent acquisition in the New Democracy, as a human resources advisor of Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Rebecca Pitsika is a founding member of Entrepreneurs Organization in Greece, member of the Management Team of the Leadership Sector, Hellenic Management Association, and active member in premium professional associations and committees. With a rich portfolio of articles and speeches in her professional areas of expertise she passionately pursue issues pertainingto thought leadership and new job market trends while advocating for the need for healthy entrepreneurial growth. Rebecca Pitsika is married to Dimitris Bakouris and they have one daughter, Eos.
