Foteini is an EY Partner in Assurance practice, based in Athens, Greece. She is aligned with the Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility sector; she is a member of the Global Shipping Network and she co-leads the shipping group activities in Greece.

She is the Quality Enablement Leader (QEL) in the south cluster of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe and Central Asia (CESA) region.

She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from the Athens University of Economics and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Greece and a member of the Institute of Certified Auditors Accountants.

Foteini leads large and multi-disciplinary teams and assignments of high complexity and she is specialized in providing audit services for shipping entities listed in US stock exchanges.

She has over 15 years of experience through a wide range of services including integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls of entities listed in NASDAQ and NYSE, cross border transactions in debt and equity markets, including IPOs, de-SPACing, testing design and operational efficiency of core business processes and controls with focus on financial reporting, recommendations for improving processes and management systems and testing technical managers’ operational efficiency.
