Μαρινάκη Μαρία

Maria is holding a bachelor degree in Psychology, 2 Diplomas in Applied Counseling Psychology and in Positive Psychology and a Master degree in Human Resources Management.Maria brings extensive experience in recruiting, having started her career 9 years ago. 

So far, she has joined different industries, including Persado, a mobile marketing start-up company and Johnson & Johnson in FMCG. The last 4 years she is part of Papastratos family, where she has successfully handled the mass hiring for the Greek factory, having hired over 200 new employees in the last year. Now, she is responsible for finding the right candidates for commercial roles and is also handling job openings for the newly established Philip Morris affiliate in Cyprus.
